Develop the sensory skill, presence, and precision to work with fascia as a responsive, intelligent system.
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is a foundational online training for manual therapists, bodyworkers, and body-based practitioners who want to deepen the way they listen, feel, and respond through therapeutic touch.
This founding cohort is your opportunity to experience Level One live before future rounds become self-guided.
Future rounds of this curriculum will not include live teaching, which makes this cohort especially valuable for practitioners who want direct guidance, real-time clarification, peer discussion, and the chance to learn inside a responsive group container.
Inside Level One, you will learn how fascia, breath, nervous system tone, protective patterns, and practitioner presence and client participation shape what is available to shift in a session.
Through live teaching, guided practice, clear frameworks, and recorded replays, you will begin building the confidence to trust what you are noticing, work with less force, and respond to the body with greater clarity and discernment.
This is where you begin moving beyond technique as something you perform, and into touch as something you listen through.
Join the founding cohort and begin building the foundations of a more embodied, responsive, and intelligent approach to therapeutic touch.

The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is a foundational training in fascial listening, client participation, and responsive therapeutic touch.
It teaches manual therapists, bodyworkers, and body-based practitioners how to feel more clearly, interpret tissue response with greater discernment, and guide clients into a more conscious relationship with what their body is communicating.
In Level One, You Will Learn:
The Foundations of Fascial Listening
Learn how to feel for fascial response under your hands and begin distinguishing between tissue that is available, tissue that is guarded, and tissue that is not yet ready to shift.
Touch as Dialogue
Develop a more responsive relationship with the body by learning how to let contact, pressure, breath, and tissue response guide your next step.
Breath, Fascia, and Nervous System Awareness
Understand how breath and nervous system tone influence what becomes available in the body, and how to use pacing, presence, and awareness to support safer, more effective change.
Protective Patterns and the Edge of Availability
Learn how to recognize protective patterns without overriding them, and begin working at the edge where the body can stay connected, responsive, and engaged.
Practitioner Presence and Embodied Guidance
Refine the way your own body, attention, pacing, and interpretation shape the session so you can work with more clarity, confidence, and discernment.

Manual therapy is not just about knowing where to place your hands.
It is about knowing how to listen through them.
You may already sense that there is more happening in a session than anatomy, technique, or tissue mechanics alone can explain.
You can feel when something changes.
You can feel when the body softens, guards, pulls away, grips, warms, settles, or becomes more available.
But sensing something and knowing how to interpret it are not the same thing.
That is where The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One begins.
This foundational training helps you develop the sensory awareness, therapeutic discernment, and embodied presence to understand what the body is communicating through fascia, breath, nervous system tone, protective patterns, and client participation.
Instead of memorizing another protocol, you will learn how to refine the way you perceive, trust what you are feeling under your hands, and respond with more clarity, confidence, and discernment.
Level One gives you a clear framework for what your hands are already sensing.

I’m Stacey Lynn, a bodywork therapist, educator, and the founder of The Fascial Intelligence Method™.
I created The Fascial Intelligence Method™ because students, clients and practitioners kept asking me how I work the way I work.
They could feel that my approach was not just about technique.
It was a way of listening through touch, reading the body through fascia, breath, sensation, and protective patterns, and guiding clients into a more conscious relationship with what their body is communicating.
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ was created to make that process teachable.
It gives manual therapists and body-based practitioners a clear framework for sensing more precisely, interpreting fascial response with greater discernment, and working with the body without forcing change or taking ownership of the client’s process.
Level One is where that foundation begins.
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is designed to support both understanding and integration.
You will move through the foundations of the method through live online lessons and integrative worksheets that help you learn the concepts, reflect on what you are noticing, and begin applying the work in practice.
The structure is simple: learn the framework, explore it through your own awareness, and begin bringing it into your hands-on sessions.

LIVE ONLINE LESSONS
This founding cohort includes live online lessons, which means you are not simply watching pre-recorded content on your own.
You will be learning the foundations of The Fascial Intelligence Method™ in real time, with space for questions, clarification, discussion, and direct guidance as the material unfolds.
The live format gives you the opportunity to hear how other practitioners are interpreting the work, bring your own questions forward, and develop the method inside a responsive learning container.
Future rounds of Level One will be self-guided, making this founding cohort a valuable opportunity to experience the curriculum with live teaching, direct guidance, and real-time interaction.
Live Class Schedule
The founding cohort begins Monday, June 1, 2026.
Classes run for 6 consecutive Mondays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
Recordings will be available if you cannot attend every class live.
Optional Mentorship Add-On
Level One is complete on its own and gives you the foundational curriculum of The Fascial Intelligence Method™.
For practitioners who want more personalized support, mentorship is available as a separate add-on.
Mentorship gives you more space for questions, case reflection, direct feedback, clinical nuance, and support integrating the method into your own hands-on practice.

INTEGRATIVE WORKSHEETS
The integrative worksheets help you apply the material through reflection, observation, and embodied application.
They give you space to track what you are learning, clarify what you are sensing, and connect the concepts to your own body, your hands-on practice, and your client sessions.
Completion of the worksheets is an important part of the learning process because this work is meant to be integrated, not just understood.
The worksheets give the learning enough space to become usable. They support you in noticing how you perceive, how you interpret, and how you begin applying The Fascial Intelligence Method™ in real time.
This is where the method becomes more than information.
It becomes something you can feel, practice, and embody.

Who is The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One for?
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is for manual therapists, bodyworkers, and body-based practitioners who want to deepen the way they listen, feel, interpret, and respond through therapeutic touch.
It is especially suited for practitioners who already sense there is more happening under their hands than tissue mechanics alone, and who want a clearer framework for working with fascia, breath, nervous system tone, protective patterns, and client participation.
Do I need previous fascia training to join?
No.
You do not need advanced fascia training to join Level One.
This course gives you the foundations of fascial listening, sensory awareness, and responsive touch. If you already have fascia training, this work can help you refine and deepen the way you apply it. If you are newer to fascia-focused work, Level One will give you a clear place to begin.
Is this course live?
Yes.
This founding cohort of The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is being offered live online.
You will be learning the material in real time, with space for questions, clarification, discussion, and direct guidance as the curriculum unfolds.
Future rounds of Level One will be self-guided, which makes this founding cohort a valuable opportunity to experience the work in a more interactive format.
What if I cannot attend every class live?
Recordings will be available if you cannot attend every class live.
You will still be able to follow the curriculum, complete the worksheets, and move through the material even if you miss a session.
That said, attending live when possible will give you the most interactive experience.
How is this different from learning another technique?
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is not just another technique course.
You will learn practical concepts you can bring into your hands-on work, but the deeper focus is on how you perceive, interpret, and respond.
Rather than memorizing a fixed protocol, you will learn how to feel fascial response more clearly, recognize patterns of protection and availability, work with breath and pacing, and guide the client into a more conscious relationship with what their body is communicating.
This is not technique as performance.
It is touch as dialogue.
Can I use this with the work I already do?
Yes.
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ is designed to deepen and refine the work you already do. You do not need to abandon your current modality or start over with an entirely new system.
Level One gives you a framework that can support your existing hands-on practice by helping you listen more clearly, respond with more precision, and work with the body’s intelligence rather than forcing an outcome.
What kinds of clients is this work best suited for?
This work is especially powerful for clients who are ready to participate in their own healing.
That includes clients who are open to noticing what they feel, becoming more aware of their patterns, working with breath and sensation, and understanding what their body is communicating instead of only trying to make discomfort disappear.
The practitioner’s role is not to make the client change. It is to guide the client into a more conscious relationship with what they are holding, how their body is responding, and what may be ready to shift.
What will I learn inside Level One?
Inside The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One, you will begin building the foundations of fascial listening, embodied guidance, and responsive therapeutic touch.
You will explore:
How to feel fascial response more clearly.
How to recognize protection, resistance, restriction, and availability.
How breath and nervous system tone influence what becomes available.
How practitioner presence, pacing, and interpretation shape the session.
How to guide clients into awareness without taking ownership of their process.
How to work with the body instead of pushing past it.
Level One gives you the foundation for a more precise, collaborative, and intelligent approach to therapeutic touch.
Is mentorship included with Level One?
No.
Mentorship is available as a separate add-on for practitioners who want more personalized support and deeper integration.
The Level One course includes the live online lessons, recordings, and integrative worksheets. Mentorship gives you additional space for questions, case reflection, direct feedback, clinical nuance, and support applying the method inside your own hands-on practice.
Can I take Level One without mentorship?
Yes.
Level One is complete on its own and gives you the foundational curriculum of The Fascial Intelligence Method™.
Mentorship is optional and is best suited for practitioners who want closer guidance as they begin integrating the work.
How much time should I expect outside of class?
The course is designed to be practical and manageable.
Outside of the live lessons, you will be asked to complete the integrative worksheets and reflect on how the material applies to your own body, your hands-on practice, and your client sessions.
The deeper value comes from engaging with the material between classes, not just watching the lessons.
Will there be a Level Two?
Yes.
Level Two is currently being developed as the in-person continuation of this work.
While Level One focuses on the foundational concepts of fascial listening, breath, sensation, protective patterns, practitioner presence, and client participation, Level Two will move more deeply into hands-on application, global body reading, biomechanics, and session design.
Level One is the foundation for that deeper in-person work.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes.
You will receive a certificate of completion for The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One.
This certificate reflects your completion of the Level One training. It does not replace licensure, registration, or professional designation within your existing field, but it can be used to document your professional development and continuing education.
Is this eligible for continuing education credits?
This depends on your professional association or regulatory body.
The Fascial Intelligence Method™ Level One is a professional development training and includes a certificate of completion. Please check with your own association or regulatory body to confirm whether it can be submitted for continuing education credit.
